Early Innings is more than just a baseball film. This short baseball movie speaks of the commonality of baseball regardless of age, the size of your town or how you were introduced to the game of baseball. Burlington Iowa the home of the Burlington Bees, like Pleasant Hill, Oregon and our surrounding communities of Creswell, Lowell, Dexter, Oakridge, Jasper and Cottage Grove is a small community. As you watch this film you will feel the pride of the community as the film speaks of the dreams and goals of many young ball players whose goal it is to make it to the major leagues as a player, coach, manager or umpire and to the people of the community that have pride in their baseball team.

The Burlington Bees are located in Burlington, Iowa a town of 26,000 the smallest town in the country with a minor league baseball team. This is a wonderful short film for kids, young adults and older adults alike. A big thanks goes out to Rod Blackhurst for allowing Pleasant Hill Babe Ruth Baseball to show this film.
