[...] Pleasant Hill Babe Ruth Baseball Clinic is this coming Sunday January 24th and the following Sunday January 31st from 1 to 4 in the afternoon. All youth from the Pleasant Hill, Lowell, Creswell, Oakridge, Cottage Grove, Dexter, Jasper and the surrounding areas are invited to participate. The fee $15 to attend one clinic or pay for both and the second clinic is only an extra $5. Sign up will be in the Pleasant Hill High School gym at 1pm the day of the clinic. On September 3, 2009 before a crowd of 5,000 fans the Eugene Emeralds played they last game in the historic Civic Stadium. While the Eugene Ems had a 5-3 loss to the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes the fans gave them a good send off to their new home. I don’t know about you but I sure would like to be at their first game when they play in the new PK Park Stadium. Maybe we will be able to put together a large group from Pleasant Hill Babe Ruth to attend that game that will hopefully come along with a winning season for the Ems.

Scott, you ask a good question but you are asking the wrong person. This is the Pleasant Hill Babe Ruth site and are only telling you about the different camps that young people can participate in. We certainly do appreciate you visiting this site and leaving a comment but for the answer to your question you will need to check with the University of Oregon baseball. By the way keep us informed on the state tournament and we will be glad to post information on it.

why would you hold a prospect camp during the state tournement? Is this fair to all baseball players who are looking to play beyond high school?there are many players that will only be seen at camps like this
