Pleasant Hill Babe Ruth offers baseball clinics and baseball video support. One of your most important jobs in baseball is fielding the ball. On any team be it professional, college, high school, Babe Ruth, Little League or any other baseball team both the outfield and infield are extremely important positions. Some youth become upset when selected for the outfield and this should not be. When your coach selects you for the outfield it is usually because you are able to stay alert, have a good arm and are able to field the ball well. Remember that both the infield and outfield often determines if their team is going to win the game. In this video Jack Hubbard offers some great tips on the approach to ground balls.
